Pickup Policy
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will also be notified when your item(s) arrive at your selected local warehouse. After receiving the pickup notification, use the link in the email to schedule your pickup. Orders must be picked up within two weeks; otherwise, a store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
A 4% processing & handling fee will be added to your online order if you select "Pick Up" at checkout.
When arriving at your local warehouse, please pull to the designated loading area and our team will greet you. Please provide your email confirmation and order number. Our team will load all items into your vehicle. Please bring an appropriate vehicle, materials to protect items, and any necessary accessories to secure them.

All items must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours to online@sarasells.com. In the event of a damage, customers are responsible for the transportation of all purchased items back to and from the original location.

NASHVILLE: As you pull in, continue straight to the left side of the warehouse, and pull up to the dock on your immediate right. Please ring the bell and our Warehouse Team will assist you!
BIRMINGHAM: Our pickup dock is located on the far right side of the building labeled Dock B. Please pull up to the dock and our Warehouse Team will assist you!
MEMPHIS: Our pick up dock is located to the far left towards the back of the warehouse. Once at the garage door, please ring the bell and our Warehouse Team will assist you!
